Distance Sales Agreement and Pre-Contractual Information
The Turkish version of this text is the binding one; this translation is provided for information only.
This page serves both as the pre-contractual information form required by Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and as the distance sales agreement formed with your order. Please read and approve it before ordering.
1. Seller
Name: Elif Bilge Küçükkülahlı Address: Dodurga Mah. Zakir Cad. Özdebirlik 4/4B Çankaya / Ankara Email: [email protected] Phone (WhatsApp): +90 538 088 91 40 Tax office and number: Doğanbey Vergi Dairesi — 6040687132 Tax status: exempt artisan under Art. 9/10 of the Turkish Income Tax Act
2. Buyer and subject
The buyer is the person whose name, address and contact details are given at checkout. The subject is the sale and delivery of the item shown in the order summary. All pieces are handmade; small variations in colour and size are inherent.
3. Price and payment
The amount shown in the order summary is the total sale price. As the seller holds artisan tax exemption, no VAT is added and no invoice is issued; the payment is evidenced by bank and payment-institution records. Payment is taken by card through PayTR. Card details are never sent to the seller or stored on this site.
4. Delivery
The order is handed to the carrier within 7 days of payment confirmation (statutory maximum is 30 days). Delivery is made to the address you provide. Shipping cost, if any, is shown separately in the order summary.
5. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving any reason and without penalty. Notice may be sent to the email address or WhatsApp line on this page. The price is refunded within 14 days of the notice reaching the seller, using the same payment method.
6. Exception to withdrawal
For items prepared to your personal request or specification (for example invitations produced for a specific name, date or size), the right of withdrawal does not apply under Art. 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation. Ready-made items chosen from the catalogue are not covered by this exception.
7. Return conditions
The returned item must be unused and still saleable. Where the seller has designated a carrier for returns, the return cost is borne by the seller. If no carrier has been designated, the return cost cannot be charged to the buyer.
8. Disputes
Complaints may be brought before the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at your place of residence, within the monetary thresholds set by law.
