Are the pieces really handmade?
Yes. Every piece is shaped by hand in the studio. There is no mass production — even two pieces of the same model are never identical.
How do I place an order?
Just tap the WhatsApp button on the product page; the product name is filled in for you. We handle order and payment details over WhatsApp.
Why are prices not listed?
Material costs change often, so we share current prices over WhatsApp. Where a price is shown on the page, that price is up to date.
How do I care for polymer clay jewellery?
Keep away from perfume, sprays and moisture, and store in a jewellery box. Wipe with a soft damp cloth if needed; avoid chemical cleaners. Do not submerge in water and protect from hard knocks.
Are polymer clay earrings heavy?
No. Polymer clay is very light and comfortable for daily wear. Even large statement pieces stay noticeably lighter than metal jewellery.
Can I order a custom design?
Yes. Send your colour, model and size preferences over WhatsApp and we will confirm feasibility and the making time together.
Can I buy a piece marked "Sold out"?
That exact piece is sold, but we can recreate something very similar to order. As everything is handmade, it will be close but not identical.
How does the invitation and event work?
Sagira Studio prepares invitations, table and venue designs to order. Write to us with your date, concept and quantity and we will develop the design step by step.
Do you ship?
Yes, we ship by courier. Delivery time and shipping cost are confirmed over WhatsApp when you order.
